DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Our free shipping within USA  takes usually between 2-4 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email and can track the shipment at any time.

RETURN & REFUND
If our BAG UP does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us. The best way to do this is to send me a short e-mail.  We will send you a prepaid return label. There are no costs charge for the return. After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount according the payment method used within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING QUALITY

If our BAG UP arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the damaged BAG UP for a damage loss report.  Our BAG UP are packed secure and with care and damage is rare however it can occur.

PROMOTION CODE

If your promotion code does not work, please check the validity and condition of use again.  If still does not work, please contact us directly and we will be happy to help.

SHIPPED AS ONE

Did you order two BAG UP, but only one arrived?  Please wait another 1-2 business days. We always pack the BAG UP individually, otherwise there is a risk that they will damage each other during transport. But we send both BAG UP on the same day.
